Crew Chief Eric signs in the runners at the start.
Brother Eric's special ability is being able to think on his feet...so we keep a chair close by just for him. Taking the helm after the Run Director disappears into the woods for the day lands on the shoulders of our Crew Chief, Eric. It's a tough job and that's why we require our Crew Chief to sign a liability waiver before we let him pick up the clip board. But liability waivers don't really mean anything, ...or do they??
