This year we were honored to have Scott Brockmeier and his dog Sierra serve as sweep runners on our crew.  The sweep runner starts his run well behind the rest of the group, catalogs the status of each runner he passes, picks up any accidental droppings (from runners, not Sierra) and reports back to the race crew.  Scott did an excellent job and we're thankful.
