At 65 years young, Canadian Colin Kingsford takes the thrown as this year's eldest runner.  But when the average age of a Wakely runner is in the mid 40's, 65 doesn't seem all that far away... for some of us anyway.  What do you suppose is Colin's secret?  You might find it in his Letter from Camp.. or it may be right there in his hand.
