In your free time at the Dam don't miss a
great short hike to the top of Wakely Mt. Here you're treated to a 360
degree view of the central Adirondacks from one of the last remaining fire
towers. South to Piseco (as shown above) and as far north as the High
Peaks. It's a couple of hours hike (round trip) that shouldn't be missed!
